Everyday I have the opportunity to help women feel more comfortable and confident in their own skin as a part of the growing community that is Uplevel Fitness

It lights me up to  help busy women (especially moms) navigate their way toward a healthy, sustainable lifestyle-without deprivation, crash diets, or grueling, extreme workouts- all while juggling a family life.

We cover everything from fitness, food, and mindset for a truly unique experience and well balanced approach.

I love that Sarah designs the meal plans to be budget friendly but also enjoyable and delicious. She doesn’t go crazy with foods that are hard to find or “exotic” - there so nothing worse than having to find ingredients for a meal when they are rare!
 
The meal plans were affordable, delicious and had me craving delicious comfort foods that were filling and hearty!
 
One of the best things that came out of my week with Sarah was that I never had to worry about what was for dinner or rush around to throw something together. I felt like I was in control of my week and dinner time was enjoyable (and healthy!)
